Basic tasks and contents of tool management system
The requirement of tool management system in production line is accurate and timely. The basic task is to use the least resources to provide the correct tool to the correct machine tool:
Tool management: including combination of tool management and component management
Combined tool: basic information maintenance and assembly and disassembly management of tool components. When assembling or removing a cutting tool, the number of components corresponding to the inventory automatically changes.
Component management: basic information maintenance of components and maintenance of corresponding inventory information (position, minimum, maximum, price). The handle comprises a cutter body management, management, management of attachment. For the component limit alarm which exceeds the maximum limit and the minimum limit, the number of tools is insufficient to maintain the reasonable tool resource allocation.
